Pet Policy

Whether your animal companion is furry, feathered, or scaly, we welcome them. Please note our restrictions.

Here are the details of our pet policy.

• There is a limit of 1 pet per apartment.
• A pet may weigh up to 25 lbs.
• Only common household pets (no exotics) are permitted.
• Acceptance of dogs is based on breed. Speak with the leasing agent to discuss breed restrictions.
• Pet fees do apply—a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $500 and a $50 per charge per month in rent.

Please note that service animals that accompany a resident with a verifiable disability, for the purpose of aiding that person, are not considered pets.
